We provide services in the fields of Manufacturing, Static Project, and Consultancy (Supervisor). We believe that our patented useful model system designs, known as the Rafter System and based on the general design of the system, are our biggest contribution to the sector. The Useful Model System, which is also known as the Rafter System, continues to be the preferred design for the construction of every second power plant.
Firstly, we familiarize ourselves with the field conditions and propose a system that suits them. Later, we draw and calculate our “Static Projects” according to regional snow, earthquake, wind loads, as well as terrain slopes and soil classes.
We mainly work in areas such as Terrain, Roof, Carport, and Facade. Although rooftop and ground solar energy plant installations are prevalent, we anticipate seeing more Carport and facade systems in the future. Additionally, our projects developed on top of hydroelectric power distribution channels and our structural calculation (strengthening) works are also part of our services.
In technical specifications, there are no changes in material quality (S235/S355/S420) and galvanization standards (TS EN 10346/TS EN ISO 1461). Variations are observed in specific points, bending angles, and the manner of equipment usage. While column applications remain the same as in traditional systems, the usage areas of the rafter and purlins are entirely different. The design changes have a significant impact on statics and provide a steel saving of 10-20% compared to the traditional system. This feature not only allows us to be competitive in terms of price but also facilitates quick and easy assembly, reducing transportation costs due to the lower tonnage of steel used.
The traditional system, having been used in numerous projects for many years, has gained general acceptance. However, currently, our Useful Model System is used by many EPC and construction companies apart from us. Even if our system is used without permission, it contributes to increasing market acceptance and pride for Gözler Energy & Construction. There has been a significant increase in the use of our Useful Model System compared to other systems in recent years. We not only witness its use domestically but also internationally. Among our future goals, we aim to sign off on different inventions and designs, develop much more economical and robust systems, and additionally mention our intention to use various combinations such as steel+magnelium, steel+aluminum, and magnelium altogether.
